What would you do? • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (bullet points): • Chartered Accountant with 1 year of experience • PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (bullet points): • Accountancy qualification preferably a Chartered Accountant • Oversee financial reporting and ensure integrity of all accounting principles and procedures Manage core accounting billing cash and receivables processes Ensure compliance with local and statutory tax compliance rules • An end-to-end service allowing for IFRS and U. • S. • GAAP compliance in the financial reporting of leases, overseeing all aspects of the lease agreement process, from coordinating the creation of a new lease to managing day-to-day administrative tasks, overseeing the administration, tracking, and auditing of lease documents, and monitoring the business and financial transactions for lease properties.
