You actively contribute to the establishment and ongoing development of our cost structures and standard cost planning.
You analyze costs and variances and derive concrete, actionable recommendations.
You support budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes and closely monitor the company’s financial performance.
You prepare regular reports and present decision‑relevant key figures for management and specialist departments.
You further develop KPIs and thus make an important contribution to steering efficiency and performance.
You ensure high data quality in the ERP system and continuously optimize controlling processes.
You work closely with Operations and Sales and act as a competent sparring partner.
Education: You hold a completed degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
Professional experience: You have initial to several years of experience in Controlling, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
Technical expertise: You possess solid knowledge of accounting under UGB and ideally have a basic understanding of IFRS.
IT skills: You are confident working with Excel and have a strong affinity for ERP systems (e.g. BMD, proALPHA, or SAP).
Skills: You stand out through an analytical and structured working style, strong team orientation, and an interest in operational processes. Very good German and English skills complete your profile.
