Responsibilities:

• You actively contribute to the establishment and ongoing development of our cost structures and standard cost planning.

• You analyze costs and variances and derive concrete, actionable recommendations.

• You support budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes and closely monitor the company’s financial performance.

• You prepare regular reports and present decision‑relevant key figures for management and specialist departments.

• You further develop KPIs and thus make an important contribution to steering efficiency and performance.

• You ensure high data quality in the ERP system and continuously optimize controlling processes.

• You work closely with Operations and Sales and act as a competent sparring partner.

Qualifications:

• Education: You hold a completed degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.

• Professional experience: You have initial to several years of experience in Controlling, ideally in a manufacturing environment.

• Technical expertise: You possess solid knowledge of accounting under UGB and ideally have a basic understanding of IFRS.

• IT skills: You are confident working with Excel and have a strong affinity for ERP systems (e.g. BMD, proALPHA, or SAP).

• Skills: You stand out through an analytical and structured working style, strong team orientation, and an interest in operational processes. Very good German and English skills complete your profile.
