We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Controller / Senior Accountant to manage the U.S. entity’s accounting operations and monthly close process. The role includes reporting to the parent company in Israel and supporting quarterly financial statements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the monthly close and reporting to the parent company
  • Support quarterly financial statements and audit requirements
  • Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections
  • Oversee invoicing and ensure compliance with U.S. sales tax
  • Maintain vendor and customer records, including W-9 documentation
  • Administer expense management (Experience with SAP Concur-advantage)
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal controls
  • Work cross-functionally and with global finance teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA – an advantage)
  • 5+ years of relevant accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and sales tax
  • Experience with ERP systems (Priority – an advantage)
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Base salary range: $100,000–$120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
