WHAT YOU'LL DO
Develop expertise and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the fuel value chain
Control and report the stock movements and balances for your portfolio in ERP system
Control and investigate fuel shrinkage (e.g. fuel losses or gains)
Identify, analyze and resolve discrepancies connected to the fuel stock for your portfolio
Maintain documentation and records linked to control functions to facilitate the audit trail
Interact with Business Unit operations, technical services, and other stakeholders
Participate as an SME in fuel business projects and improvement initiatives, including UAT and system upgrades
You will work in close collaboration with:
Supply & Trading Operations
Finance & Control
Fuel suppliers and operational partners
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Higher education in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field
Experience in accounting, finance, or inventory / stock control is considered an advantage
Fluency in English is essential, as the role involves daily contact with internal and external stakeholders across all our markets
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard Office tools
Knowledge of accounting systems is considered an advantage
Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex issues or problems
Improvement-driven with a focus on efficiency and collaborative team-player attitude
