We are looking for a Controller & Finance Business Partner to support a strategic customer, acting as a key link between Finance, Operations, Contract Management, and the customer.

This is a highly visible role combining financial controlling, business partnering, contract management, and customer interaction. You will play a critical role in driving financial transparency, supporting operational decision-making, and ensuring alignment between contractual agreements, operational performance, and financial results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Open Book financial models and tariff structures in line with contractual agreements
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Deliver accurate customer financial reporting and monthly invoicing
• Perform variance analysis on costs, volumes, productivity, and operational KPIs
• Manage quarterly and annual true-up processes and cost reconciliations
• Support customer and external audits
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to Operations and Contract Management
• Conduct scenario analysis and identify risks and opportunities to improve performance and profitability
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support strategic decision-making

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• At least 7 years of experience in Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis, or Finance Business Partnering roles
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis
• Solid understanding of accounting principles
• Experience in structured and complex business environments
• Logistics, transportation, or service industry experience is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills
• Fluent English

Salary Package: € 42.000 - €50.000
