We are looking for a Controller – Fixed Plant to support our Pilbara operations through the safe coordination and monitoring of fixed plant activities from our Integrated Control room near Perth Airport.
This is a great opportunity for an operationally focused, safety‑driven individual to work in a 24/7 control room environment on an even time roster, contributing to the safe and efficient operation of a highly integrated mining network.

This role is based at our Perth Operations Centre, a state‑of‑the‑art facility that enables real‑time coordination of Rio Tinto Iron Ore’s integrated network of mines, rail and ports across the Pilbara. Operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, the Centre uses advanced visualisation and collaboration tools to optimise mining, maintenance and logistics activities from more than 1,500 kilometres away.
