We’re growing fast and looking for a Controller to join our Finance team and play a key role in supporting our financial operations as we scale globally.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you’ll work closely with Finance leadership, operations, and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong controls, and smooth day-to-day accounting operations.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable
• Support the development and maintenance of internal controls to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Prepare audit materials and work closely with external auditors
• Monitor and manage daily cash flow to support business operations
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis
• Lead efforts to improve, develop, and document accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Contribute to ad hoc accounting projects as needed

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Controller (or similar role), preferably in a startup environment
• Background from a Big 4 accounting firm
• CPA license required, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Strong command of financial systems, experience with NetSuite – a significant advantage.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, team collaboration, and service-oriented mindset
• Results-driven and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Fluent English, written and spoken
