At NCIA, your expertise won’t sit on a shelf; it will actively support growth, innovation, and long-term sustainability.

- Support Board and committee reporting
Strengthen Systems & Processes
- Own process improvement and internal controls, strengthening workflows, systems, and scalability across accounting, payroll, AP/AR, and reporting
- Enhance financial systems and integrations (including automation opportunities)
- Ensure strong controls and scalable processes as the organization grows
Lead & Develop the Team
- Provide leadership and structure to a multi-level finance team

If you’re a hands-on finance leader who values purpose as much as precision, and you enjoy building systems, developing people, and translating financial complexity into clarity, this role was designed for you.

- Strong proficiency with Sage Intacct, Martus, and Bill.com (Paycom a plus)
