What You Will Do
- Oversee the financial operations and accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Manage and optimize financial reporting processes using Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive decision-making.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to guide the company’s financial planning.
- Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 7–15 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in healthcare preferred.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel, with demonstrated experience in financial reporting and analysis.
- Proven track record of managing financial operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Preferred
- Experience with Sage or similar accounting software.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in the healthcare sector.
- Previous experience in a venture-backed startup environment.
Compensation and Benefits
