About the Company & Culture
As Controller, you will own the company’s accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and timely insights to support business decisions. You will lead a small team while also remaining hands-on, particularly in the near term as processes are refined and improved. This role will play a critical part in cleaning up and optimizing accounting processes, reducing month-end close timelines, and leading an upcoming ERP implementation.
