An Israeli company that enables to easily build, run, and scale dream workflows on one platform is looking for a Controller to join its finance team!
In this role, you will take a significant part in the company's success in the accounting and reporting processes as well as serve as a business partner for the company's Sales, CX, Legal and other business teams.
About The Role
- Take part in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process according to US GAAP
- Work closely with the external auditors
- Perform and implement different controls to ensure accurate representation in the financial statements.
- Review and analyze agreements with customers and partners to ensure proper revenue recognition (ASC-606) and other accounting standards or internal policies are met. Prepare and maintain various reports supporting business needs
- Drive system enhancements and identify opportunities to optimize processes
- Lead or participate in ad-hoc projects to enhance current workflows and procedures internally, and in conjunction with other departments
- Take part in implementing and communicating new finance policies
- Serve as a business partner and provide ongoing support for the company's customer-facing team
Your Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a high-tech (SAAS) organization
- CPA with Big 4 experience, high-tech industry, SAAS companies – a big advantage
- Proficient knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606 in specific - a big advantage
- Strong Excel knowledge and experience – a must
- Knowledge in BI tools – an advantage
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems, preferably Priority/NetSuite and Salesforce
- Ability to work under pressure and to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, hands-on and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Exceptional business partnering skills, with demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and at various levels within a company.
