Job Title:Controller

Reporting toChief Financial Officer
Location:Baltimore, MD.This is a hybrid role with 3-days per week required to be worked in the Baltimore, MD office.
Hours of work:Typical hours of work are from 8:30 AM until 5:00 PM (local time). Additional hours may be necessary as needed. This position is exempt from overtime.
Compensation: $150,000 to $160,000 annually (to commensurate with experience)
Finance is the fuel that keeps InVita moving into the future. InVita is looking for a qualified, ethical, and organized Controller. The Controller will play a key role in managing the company’s global accounting operations and financial reporting processes ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across multiple legal entities and geographies. This position owns the monthly close, revenue accounting, consolidations, audits, and internal controls, and serves as a key partner to the Chief Financial Officer and the finance operation.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep SaaS accounting expertise, strong leadership, and experience scaling finance operations in a high-growth, international environment. Essential Functions:
·Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process; drive consistent close timelines
·Ensure accurate consolidated financial statements across domestic and international entities
·Maintain a single global chart of accounts and consistent accounting policies
·Review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure strong supporting documentation
