Job Description

Job Dutyies:
Controlling provides relevant Financial information to management and supports the decision making of the company to steer profitability.
This is achieved through business planning (FC, LRP, Budget), monthly analysis and reporting of the business and creation/analysis of business cases. Controlling also ensures company resources are optimally used through the budget control process.
The Controller coordinates brand Controlling topics, as well as facilitation of improvement and efficiency projects and enhancing Controlling documentation and compliance, and acts as contact person for Country controller at Headquarters in Controlling related topics together with the Controlling manager.

Qualifications:
・3+ years experience in Finance/Controlling
・Experience in project management in the industry
・University graduate or above
・Higher interest in cars and automotive industry
・Language skills: Japanese: native level, English: business level (and preferably German)
・MS-Word, Excel/PowerPoint: Intermediate or above
・Strong communication/negotiation skills with internal and external parties
・Higly motivated, open minded and team player
-Detail orientated and preciseness on numbers
-Negotiation with HQ, Agencies and other stakeholders
-Facilitate management meetings
-Cross functional communication/organization
-Strategy creation for own area of responsibility
-Operation process creation for own area of responsibility
-MS Office (e.g. excel/ppt/word)
-Understanding of ERP operations, EPM a plus
-Curious minded and attentive to details
-Proactive and hands on, adapting to changing environment and priorities
