Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
2. A minimum of fifteen (15) years of professional accounting experience.
3. A minimum of seven (7) years of management or leadership experience.
4. Previous experience working at a multinational company.
5. Very strong analytical, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Extensive knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles, including generally accepted accounting principles and IFRS.
7. High level of technical knowledge including budgeting, cash management and financial analysis processes.
8. Knowledge of local, state and federal financial regulations.
9. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
10. Working knowledge of short and long-term budgeting and forecasting, cash management, financial analysis processes, rolling budgets and product-line profitability analysis.
11. Excellent management skills, with the ability to assign and monitor work.
12. General knowledge of ERP systems.
13. Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Outlook, and Teams; advanced Excel skills.

Desired Qualifications

1. Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
2. CPA or internationally recognized equivalent professional accounting designation.
3. Minimum five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
4. SAP experience.
