Kornit Digital is looking for a Controller to support its business. A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to quickly grasp the business, financial and accounting concepts, exercise judgment and provide on-time accurate financial and managerial reports.

The controller will report to the Finance Director.

What would you do?

• Preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements (U.S. GAAP)
• Work with subsidiaries across the world to provide guidance on issues arising from financial information, accounting and tax.
• Develop, document, and enforce compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Support M&A transactions and integration of acquired companies
• Support the Business Development Department with due diligence and other tasks
• Work with various interfaces within the finance (treasury, taxes and FP&A), corporate, and other departments
• Work with external auditors/advisors on audit, accounting, and other financial matters

Requirements

What should you have?

• CPA with 5+ years of experience
• BIG 4 high-tech department experience
• At least 3 years of experience as Assistant Controller / Controller in a global company
• Knowledge and experience in preparing financial statements according to U.S. GAAP
• Excellent OfficeSuite skills - Must
• Oracle experience - Advantage
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Highly motivated, independent thinker with the ability to effectively prioritize in a dynamic environment
• Hands-on approach, detail-oriented
• Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills
