Nous recherchons un(e) Contrôleur(e) Financier(ère) pour assurer la gestion et la supervision de l’ensemble des opérations comptables et financières de notre division. Ce poste clé s’adresse à un(e) professionnel(le) rigoureux(se), doté(e) d’un solide leadership et d’une expertise reconnue en gestion financière.

Critères et exigences

1. Formation et qualifications

  • Baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance ou domaine connexe.
  • Titre professionnel CPA (un atout) ou combinaison équivalente d'expérience et d'éducation.
  • Maîtrise des principes comptables (NCECF).
  • Expérience avec les systèmes ERP et outils financiers (Excel, logiciels comptables tel que SAP).

2. Expérience professionnelle

  • Minimum de 5 à 10 ans d’expérience en comptabilité ou finance.
  • Expérience dans le secteur de la distribution est un atout.
  • Expérience en gestion d’équipe (supervision, développement, coaching).

3. Responsabilités principales

  • Superviser toutes les opérations comptables et financières (comptes clients/fournisseurs, paie, grand livre, résultats financiers de la division).
  • Préparer et analyser les résultats financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels de la division.
  • Gérer les budgets, prévisions, analyses des écarts et contrôle des coûts de la division.
  • Mettre en place et suivre les contrôles internes et assurer la conformité réglementaire de l’entreprise.
  • Gérer la trésorerie et les immobilisations.
  • Participer aux audits internes et externes et rapports réglementaires.
  • Produire des rapports analytiques et statistiques pour la direction.

4. Compétences recherchées

  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et en évolution.

Financial Controller – PKW Knife systems division - Canada

About the Position
We are looking for a Financial Controller to manage and supervise all accounting and financial operations of our division. This key position is intended for a rigorous professional with strong leadership and recognized expertise in financial management.

Criteria and Requirements

1. Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • CPA professional designation (an asset) or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Mastery of accounting principles (ASPE).
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial tools (Excel, accounting software such as SAP).

2. Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Experience in the distribution sector is an asset.
  • Experience in team management (supervision, development, coaching).

3. Main Responsibilities

  • Supervise all accounting and financial operations (accounts receivable/payable, payroll, general ledger, financial results of the division).
  • Prepare and analyze the division’s monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results.
  • Manage the division’s budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, and cost control.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls and ensure the company’s regulatory compliance.
  • Manage cash flow and fixed assets.
  • Participate in internal and external audits and regulatory reporting.
  • Produce analytical and statistical reports for management.
