Job Description

Job Location US Virgin Islands - VI, VI 00802 Salary Range $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 Salary/year Travel Percentage Up to 25%
  • Oversee complete accounting cycle: GL, AP, AR, payroll, intercompany, and multi-entity consolidations
  • Own P&L outcomes across business units—budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly/quarterly reporting
  • Manage month-end/year-end closes, audit processes, and external financial reporting per U.S. GAAP
  • Develop, implement, and strengthen internal controls and compliance frameworks
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, financial modeling, cost control, and KPIs
  • Administer tax filings, intercompany accounting, cash flow management
  • Identify and execute against systems improvement initiatives— reporting enhancements, process automation



Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
  • 3–5 years in progressive accounting/finance roles, including multi-entity consolidation and P&L management
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development experience
  • Expertise in U.S. GAAP, compliance, audit readiness, and internal control frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills—forecasting, budgeting, variance explanations, scenario modeling
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Sage Intacct) and advanced Excel/reporting tools
  • Excellent communication skills—able to translate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
  • Flexible travel (~10%) to support oversight across legal entities
