SeatOS is on a mission to transform and digitize the land & sea travel industry, making all routes instantly bookable by anyone. Part of the leading land & sea transportation group, Travelier, SeatOS is building the dominant Transport Management System (TMS) in APAC.

We are hiring a Controller to join our growing team in Thailand. You will be responsible for accurate financial record-keeping, account reconciliation, and supporting the company’s financial health through timely reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead quarterly budgeting and reforecasting processes
• Manage customer invoicing and support ongoing communication regarding billing
• Oversee accounts receivable reconciliation and track customer payments
• Set up new client accounts and ensure smooth onboarding
• Monitor and follow up on collections
• Handle employee and company expenses using tools like Mesh and Expensify
• Prepare and submit monthly VAT reports and ensure tax compliance
• Conduct monthly and quarterly financial analyses
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash activity
• Process payroll for employees and service providers, including onboarding and reimbursement support
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports such as AR aging and collection status
• Support vendor payment processes and ensure timely execution

Assist in the annual review of international tax filings (e.g., Thailand tax return)

Requirements

• 3-4 years as a Finance Controller/ finance operations specialist.
• High level of English both spoken and written - must
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in finance
• Proficiency in Excel
• Experience with NetSuite - an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure
• Fast learner and ability to work independently
• Proactive approach, looking to enhance and improve the day to day work
