
CE Systems Reliability Coordinator
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Controlled Environment Systems Reliability Coordinator is a key contributor in the Plant Biology Hub that improves the reliability, readiness, and utilization of controlled environments that enable research, seed production, phenotyping, and product development. This role focuses on ensuring growth spaces are user-ready before plant material enters the system, improving operational continuity across room readiness, irrigation, and fertigation, IPM coordination, chemical management, routine inspections, and system sensor checks. The coordinator is accountable for increasing capacity utilization by partnering with planning networks, growers, and research teams to use data, KPIs, and operating insights to improve capacity utilization, room usage, handoffs, and overall controlled environment reliability.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $78,640.00 to $117,960.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
