Our client, a leading global logistics and supply chain solutions alliance, is seeking to recruit a Control Tower professional to join its growing team. The alliance combines extensive expertise in multimodal logistics, warehousing, customs, freight management, and end-to-end supply chain solutions across Africa, delivering innovative inventory management and logistics services to clients.
As part of this dynamic and fast-growing venture, the successful candidate will
oversee and coordinate end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring efficient freight movement, customs clearance, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations, including freight, customs, warehousing, inventory, and distribution.
• Monitor operational performance, analyse data, and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with agreed KPIs, customs regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize supply chain performance.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Prepare operational performance reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
•
Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics or supply chain operations management.
•
Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional certifications such as CSCP or other logistics/supply chain qualifications are an added advantage.
