DSV Solutions is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Control Tower Specialist in AUS - Melbourne, South Centre Road

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate end-to-end shipment movements, ensuring freight is delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.
• Monitor shipment milestones, proactively manage exceptions, and resolve operational issues.
• Build strong relationships with customers, carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate with key stakeholders to provide updates, resolve queries, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the Control Tower team.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who can think on their feet, stay calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoys delivering great outcomes for customers.

You'll have:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transport, or supply chain operations.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
• A solid understanding of QHSE standards, compliance requirements, and safe work practices.
• General WHS awareness and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Experience working with high-value, high-tech, or sensitive commodities will be highly regarded.
