We are looking for a Supply Chain Control Tower Operations Specialist (Order Management) to oversee the end-to-end customer order lifecycle in a centralized control tower environment, ensuring full visibility, timely delivery and high-quality service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor customer orders from creation to final delivery, ensuring accurate entry, validation and processing in SAP/ERP systems.
  • Operate control tower dashboards to maintain real-time visibility of order flows, tracking KPIs (SLA/WLA on-time delivery, automation rate) and escalating risks or exceptions.
  • Handle order changes, cancellations, backorders and shortages, coordinating with warehouses, repair centers, planners and other internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Perform SAP order operations (PO/SO management, goods receipt, invoice verification), supporting master data accuracy and alignment between purchase orders, receipts and deliveries.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools (e.g. Copilot, Glean, Power Automate, Power Query, RPA) to improve monitoring, reporting and exception management, and contribute to continuous improvement of order management processes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, logistics, business or related field.
  • Experience in order management within a control tower or shared services environment; knowledge of telecom supply chain or reverse logistics (RMA) is an advantage.
  • Strong SAP/ERP order management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure.
  • Comfortable using digital and AI-enabled tools for monitoring, analytics and reporting; continuous improvement mindset and customer-focused attitude.
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills; experience working with international or cross-functional teams is a plus.
