If you are a detail-oriented manufacturing professional interested in hands-on electrical assembly and high-quality workmanship, we invite you to explore this opportunity! We are seeking a reliable Control Systems Assembler to join our Elevator Controls team at Vantage Elevation.
You’ll play a hands-on role in delivering quality, safety, and reliability across our operations by assembling and testing elevator control systems used in the field every day.

Requirements
We are searching for a candidate with:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification in electronics or a related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in electrical assembly, control panel wiring, or related manufacturing roles
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools
- Understanding of basic electrical principles, including AC/DC circuits
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Duties and Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Assembling and wiring elevator control panels, sub-assemblies, and components according to engineering drawings and schematics
- Performing mechanical assembly tasks such as mounting hardware, crimping, soldering, and wire routing
- Testing assembled units using diagnostic tools and standard procedures to ensure proper functionality
- Troubleshooting and correcting wiring, assembly, and functional issues
- Maintaining accurate documentation of assembly processes, inspections, and test results
- Following safety protocols and manufacturing guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborating with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve technical issues
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area in alignment with 5S and lean manufacturing principles
