Position: Control Specialist

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Control Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Control Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and controlling all aspects of the company's operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement control systems and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor and analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Train and educate employees on control procedures and policies.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Prepare reports and presentations on control processes and results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies and auditors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a control or auditing role.
- Strong knowledge of control procedures and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus.
