We have an exciting opportunity for a Control Room Resource Planner to join our team in our Coventry office.
The purpose of the role is to provide an efficient and professional Control Room Duties and Resource Planning to Samsic UK Security’s clients as specified, demonstrating the highest levels of Customer Service; the role is vital in making sure each site has fully trained staff available to complete the contractual requirements.
As a Control Room Resource Planner you will be contracted to 42.5 hrs per week and work over a shift pattern as per below:
· Salary: £32,760pa (£14.78 p/h)
Essential Requirements:
In order to work for Samsic UK you MUST fulfil the following criteria:
· Have an unrestricted right to work full time in the UK for a minimum period of 12 months
· Be fluent in spoken and written English
· Have a five-year checkable work history
· Must have a working knowledge or Microsoft products Excel, Word etc.
