What You'll Do

• Meet monthly performance goals for accuracy, quality, efficiency, and important metrics

• Prepare timely internal reports of system and operational incidents

• Handle all job duties in strict adherence to policies and procedures

• Complete tasks according to system directives

• Monitor the health of the operating system

• Record activities and archive daily logs

• Participate in testing and reporting activities

• Provide timely feedback regarding system and equipment failures or client concerns

• Maintain information confidentiality

• Adopt and promote things we value

• Stay current on all new developments and procedures regarding protocols

• Work towards set goals and targets

• Open production tickets for system issues

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience

• Proficiency with computer systems and applications

• Demonstrated experience in data reporting

• Previous experience as a control room operator or in a similar role

• Highly developed verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills

• Positive attitude with the ability to maintain a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor

• Demonstrated accuracy with a consistent attention to detail

• Ability to make decisions, show discretion, and take initiative when management is not present

• Excellent grammatical and typing/data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy

• Organized with proven time-management skills

• Ability to remain focused and organized

• Dedication to Company standards and values

• Outstanding customer service skills

• Ability to follow detailed protocols

Pay Range

$18.00 - $29.25 per hour

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
