Responsibilities
Monitor and manage BMC Control-M to ensure optimal performance and availability of batch processing environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Control-M and batch processing, providing timely support to internal stakeholders.
Implement and maintain automation scripts and workflows to streamline batch processing operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient batch processing strategies.
Conduct regular performance reviews and optimization of batch jobs, identifying areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry best practices and security standards in batch processing operations.
Document and maintain up-to-date knowledge base articles and procedures for Control-M and batch processing.
Provide training and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in Control-M and batch processing technologies, attending relevant webinars and conferences.
