Job Description

Our award-winning client is seeking a Control Engineer to join their team as a Control Engineer, you will play a critical role in optimizing manufacturing processes by developing cost-effective solutions, overseeing equipment installation and maintenance, and implementing PLC and robot logic changes. You will also provide technical support, ensure electrical code compliance, and coordinate team and vendor activities to achieve company objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement efficient and cost-effective manufacturing processes.
• Oversee the installation, modification, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Implement PLC and robot logic changes to improve process performance.
• Provide technical support to operations and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations.
• Coordinate team and vendor activities to achieve project goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering.
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
• Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen Bradley & Modicon).
• Skilled in robot programming and troubleshooting (Adept & Fanuc).
• Knowledge of electrical code compliance.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and quality management software.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
