About the Role:

You will draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll support contract lifecycle management, maintain accurate records, monitor performance, and help resolve
issues. The role also involves guiding stakeholders on contract risks, improving templates and processes, and partnering with our Legal team to finalise agreements.

We are seeking one (1) candidate to fill this position, who can be based at any of our branches in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Newcastle, or Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including supplier agreements, service contracts, NDAs, and customer agreements.
  • Ensure contracts comply with legal requirements and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with legal, procurement, finance, and operational teams to support contract lifecycle management.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts and amendments in the contract management system.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance and support resolution of disputes or issues.
  • Provide guidance and training to internal teams on contract terms and risk mitigation.
  • Assist in developing and improving contract templates and processes.
  • Collaborate with Atlas legal for contract finalisations.

Skills and Experience (Essential):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+years) in contract management, legal administration, or procurement.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Desirable:

Experience in the Rental, Mining, Construction or Heavy industries.

Familiarity with ERP systems or procurement platforms.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
