Your Role in Our Mission
At Enveda, every role drives impact. As a Contracts Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering hope to patients everywhere. Your expertise in contract management and legal operations will be critical in accelerating our mission to advance life-changing therapies for patients because every breakthrough starts with bold questions and brave actions.

What You’ll Do

• Review, draft, negotiate, and help manage a high volume of NDAs, MSAs, consulting agreements, vendor contracts, and other agreements
• Manage routing, tracking, and filing of contracts through the signature and archiving processes
• Support corporate governance activities including document management, board meeting materials, and compliance tracking
• Support agreement reviews to align with purchase orders in our PO processing system
• Assist with documentation and contract database updates
• Coordinate signature process and internal reviews with stakeholders across Legal, Finance, and R&D
• Perform special projects as requested and other duties as assigned

We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a legal setting, law firm, tech, or biotech
• Familiarity with biotech/pharma/clinical/tech contracts
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with DocuSign, contract databases, and G-Suite tools
