As a Contracts & Pricing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we price, contract and deliver care across a diverse payor landscape - including UK and international insurers, self-pay patients and embassy-funded care. We’re entering an exciting phase of growth, making this a fantastic time to join our business.

This is a high impact role at the centre of both our insurer partnerships and self pay offering, influencing how we grow sustainably whilst delivering exceptional patient care across Cromwell Hospital, King Edward VII Hospital, London Medical, Basinghall Clinic and our new Bupa Health Care Canary Wharf

You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative environment where you’re encouraged to grow and develop your career.

How you’ll help us make health happen

As a Contracts & Pricing Manager, you will:

  • Develop and manage pricing strategies across key payor groups, including UK and international insurers, self-pay patients, and embassy-funded care

  • Own and manage complex insurer relationships, acting as a key commercial contact for pricing, contract, and billing-related discussions

  • Drive and support negotiations, using strong financial insight and market awareness to achieve sustainable and competitive outcomes

  • Develop and maintain sophisticated pricing models to inform decision-making, forecasting, and long-term strategy

  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, and Operations to align pricing with broader business objectives

  • Resolve payor pricing and billing queries, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strong ongoing relationships

  • Identify opportunities for growth and optimisation, balancing revenue, competitiveness, and patient value

  • Ensure pricing activity complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role

We’re looking for a Contract Pricing Manager who:

  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Is confident working with data and financial models

  • Has excellent communication skills and can explain complex information clearly

  • Is comfortable working with stakeholders across different teams and levels

  • Shows a proactive approach and a willingness to challenge and improve processes
