The Opportunity

Are you ready to play a key role in shaping a fast-evolving transport and logistics network?

We’re looking for a Transport Contracts & Performance Analyst to join our Supply Chain Logistics team on a permanent part-time basis 3 days a week. This is a job-share opportunity either in Sydney or Melbourne, partnering with a colleague who works Wednesday & Thursday, so some cross-over on these days will be highly valuable for collaboration, training, and alignment.

Add to this, external pressures such as extreme weather events, labour shortages, and global disruptions and it’s clear that adaptable, data-driven logistics networks are essential.

In this role, you’ll help ensure our network remains agile, efficient, and future-ready—protecting our premium customer service and strengthening our competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete monthly SOX RCTI contractor payment audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Conduct periodic reviews and analysis of contractor rate adjustments (Fuel Levy, Rise & Fall, and other agreed changes)
  • Coordinate and maintain approved contractor rate updates in TMS
  • Produce logistics and transport reports, including Unsettled Load and Carrier Payment reporting
  • Support the preparation and distribution of transport tender documentation
  • Assist with analysis of transport tender responses, including both operational and commercial evaluation

About You

  • Strong analytical & Data management skills
  • Working understanding transport rates structures;
  • Working knowledge of SAP/TMS systems in a logistics or supply chain context
  • Strong communication & collaboration skills
  • Stakeholder coordination skills across CCEP & 3PL
  • Advanced MS Excel
  • Working knowledge Power BI & Tableau
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving operational landscape
