Your Opportunity

We're looking for a Contracts Officer to join our collaborative Contracts Team. In this role, you'll work closely with Sales, Pricing, Legal and key business stakeholders to review, negotiate and manage customer and supplier agreements, ensuring contracts are commercially sound while protecting the business.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with legal, commercial, procurement or contract management experience who enjoys problem-solving, influencing stakeholders and making a real impact on business outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Review, negotiate and manage customer and supplier contracts
  • Identify contractual risks and work with stakeholders to develop practical solutions
  • Support the Sales Team with contract negotiations and providing guidance on preferred commercial positions
  • Facilitate contract approvals and endorsements in line with company policies
  • Maintain and manage contract records and databases
  • Partner with Pricing Teams to assess the commercial viability of new agreements and renewals
  • Collaborate with insurance and legal stakeholders to understand and mitigate business risks
  • Support complex tenders and negotiations to help drive positive commercial outcomes

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in legal, commercial, procurement or contract management environments
  • Strong understanding of contract review and negotiation practices
  • The ability to identify business risks and communicate recommendations effectively
  • Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
  • Confidence in influencing, negotiating and building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine willingness to collaborate

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and will be based onsite at the Blackwoods National Support Office in Macquarie Park.
