Job Description

Lusha helps teams work smarter across systems by turning fragmented data into something usable. With a database of 200M+ contacts and customers, including Google, Figma, and Adobe, we plan to be a core part of the modern tech stack.

We’re looking for a Contracts Manager to review and negotiate commercial agreements, support data protection initiatives, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

How you’ll shape the future of B2B sales:

  • Assist in the review, negotiation, and execution of commercial agreements, including MSAs and DPAs, in partnership with internal stakeholders, customers, partners and vendors.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across IT, compliance, security, and legal teams to maintain up-to-date knowledge, facilitate cross-departmental cooperation, and ensure timely responses.

Requirements

Here’s what we need from you:

  • Law degreefrom an accredited university or law school
  • Experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements related to technology products and services
  • Fluency in English (mother-tongue level, written and spoken) with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to craft clear and accurate responses
  • Availability to respond to customer requests promptly and efficiently
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to engage with various teams to drive alignment
  • Basic understanding of information security and privacy principles, laws, and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001 suite) - preferred
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools - preferred
