Job Description

HanmiGlobal Saudi is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee and manage all contract-related activities for our projects. The Contracts Manager will ensure the compliance of contract terms, negotiate contract amendments, and mitigate contractual risks to support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts for construction projects.
• Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
• Review and interpret contract documents to identify risks and responsibilities.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve contractual issues and disputes.
• Monitor contract performance, deadlines, claims, and variations.
• Develop and implement contract management procedures and best practices.
• Provide guidance and training to project teams on contractual matters.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to contracts.
• Support the procurement process by providing input regarding contract terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with legal and finance departments to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in contract management within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC, etc.).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with contract management software and MS Office.
• Ability to lead a team and work effectively under pressure.
