Our award-winning client is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for the entire contract lifecycle, managing prime contracts with DoD and Intelligence clients, overseeing third-party contracts, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations (FAR & DFAR).

Responsibilities:

• Manage client interface, cost proposals, contract modifications, and annual reviews.

• Oversee various contract types (CPFF, CPAF, T&M, FFP).

• Negotiate and manage contracts, safeguarding company interests and meeting client needs.

• Review and approve contract documents for accuracy and compliance.

• Advise management on contractual rights and obligations.

• Monitor contract spending and report to clients.

• Assist with CDRL submissions and work with Finance on invoicing.

• Manage subcontractor contracts and ensure adherence to agreements.

• Review and negotiate Non-Disclosure and Teaming Agreements.

• Support "womb-to-tomb" contract closeouts.

Required Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree is required, as well as 10+ years of government contracting experience.

• Deep understanding of FAR & DFAR regulations and government contracting requirements.

• Proven leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Experience in proposal development and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively.

• Active TS/SCI security clearance and US Citizenship are required.
