Parsons is seeking an accomplished Contracts Manager to lead and manage all contractual, commercial, and claims-related aspects of a major hospitality resort development, including hotel and villas. You will act as the commercial backbone of a high-profile project, overseeing complex, high-value contracts and ensuring robust contract governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment throughout the contract lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Review contractors IPC & manage internal invoicing process provided to client.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, from RFP and tender documentation through award, execution, and close-out.
  • Lead pre- and post-contract activities including procurement support, contract drafting, negotiations, and amendments.
  • Oversee contractual compliance, ensuring adherence to conditions of contract, procedures, and reporting requirements.
  • Identify and manage commercial and contractual risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Lead the evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of variations, change orders, claims, and extensions of time.
  • Maintain accurate contract records, notices, correspondence, and commercial logs in line with governance requirements.
  • Coordinate with planning, engineering, cost control, and finance to align contract obligations with project progress and budget.
  • Provide expert advice on contract interpretation and support dispute avoidance and, when necessary, dispute resolution.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in, Construction Management, Law, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in contract administration and management on large, multidisciplinary construction projects, including hospitality, resort, and hotel developments.
  • Strong experience with FIDIC and other international standard forms of contract.
  • Proven expertise in managing claims, variations, and extensions of time, including entitlement assessment and negotiation.
  • Strong commercial, analytical, communication, and contract drafting/negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Professional accreditation such as MRICS, MCIPS, MCIOB, or equivalent.
  • Experience on high-profile hospitality, resort, mixed-use, or similar complex developments.
  • Familiarity with commercial and contract management tools and platforms (e.g., Aconex, ERP or contract administration systems).
  • Experience contributing to commercial procedures, templates, and governance frameworks on major projects.
  • Strong capability in dispute avoidance and support to alternative dispute resolution processes.
