Job Description

Our team, made up of Project, Program, and Portfolio Managers, along with Contracts Specialists, works collaboratively to deliver engaging initiatives that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders, while staying aligned with organizational goals. From concept to execution, we ensure projects and programs are strategically planned and efficiently delivered.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the Contracts Coordinator provides essential administrative and documentation support to the Contracts team. This role ensures the integrity and efficiency of contract management processes by preparing, reviewing, and organizing contract documentation, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating invoice and payment workflows. As a key point of contact for contract-related inquiries, the Contract Coordinator also contributes to the continuous improvement of contract management practices.

  • Provide administrative and documentation support to the Contracts team

  • Maintain accurate records and version control of contract files
  • Ensure the integrity and efficiency of contract management processes
  • Facilitate the flow of documentation to support invoice receipting and payment processing
  • Act as a key point of contact for contract-related inquiries
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract management practices

Education & Experience

    • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
    • 2–5+ years of relevant experience in contracts coordination, project administration, or a similar role.
    • PMP, CAPM, Contract Management certification, or similar professional qualifications are preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced project environment.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
