Objective
The Contracts Co-op plays a key role in supporting the success of SRA’s pre- and post-sale processes. The position is designed to provide critical support to the Senior Contracts Leads and Contracts Manager to ensure efficiency, quality, and effective execution throughout the contract lifecycle. The Co-op will be responsible for supporting daily responsibilities of the Contracts Team while SRA scales and continues to grow at a rapid pace. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in contract management, project creation, resource coordination, and client-facing deliverables, while contributing to the operational excellence of SRA’s services.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment out of SRA’s Philadelphia office. All co-ops are expected to work in the office every day. This role will be issued a standard laptop for primary work functions and remote work, when pre-approved to do so.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with forty (40) working hours expected weekly. Hours of work will be Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. Evening and weekend work are not anticipated but may be required as job duties expand and develop.
