
40Responsible for supporting the DIAN-TU contracts teams in all matters related to contracting operations, including the intake and triage of contract agreements, electronic tracking and record keeping, internal reporting, vendor contact, assistance with execution of agreements, and final processing.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Work with and assist contracts team in all activities required for negotiations, preparations and/or processing of clinical trial agreement.
Provides administrative support to contracts teams including intake and database tracking of agreements using JIRA, prepares weekly activity reports, requests information from departments, routes for signatures, files, etc.
Communicates with key stakeholders relative to contracting timelines and information needed for contract review, database updating, maintenance and reporting, contract triage, preparation of contract terms and condition summaries for distribution
May be responsible for reviewing and negotiating standard agreements such as standard confidentiality agreements, service agreements, modifications, and amendments.
Performs vendor invoice contract validation
Performs other duties as assigned.
