WHAT YOU’LL DO
MGT is seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Contract Assistant to support our expanding Contracts Operations function. In this role, you will help manage high‑volume contracting workflows, maintain accurate documentation, and streamline processes that enable teams across MGT- particularly MGT Global- to operate efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills, and brings a service‑oriented mindset to supporting legal, operational, and compliance activities.
In this role, you will:
Assist with drafting, formatting, and reviewing of standard contract templates and related documents.
Maintain and update contract management systems, ensuring accurate data entry and document tracking.
Coordinate contract approvals and signatures through internal workflows and e-signature platforms.
Automate current Global-contracting-specific workflows and develop new workflows to drive efficiency.
Serve as an SME on all current and new Global partners.
Process high volume Global SOW’s and coordinate with offshore partners to ensure smooth and timely implementation and completion of these projects.
Support the increasing needs of the MGT Global team with new and expanding workflows and approval processes.
Support the MGT Global team on all other legal-related matters.
Organize and maintain electronic contract files for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
Monitor contract expiration dates and alert relevant stakeholders for renewals or terminations.
Support the Contracts team with research, reporting, and compliance checks as needed.
Respond to internal inquiries regarding contract status.
Processes requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Obtain, track and maintain Certificates of Insurance (COI).
Complete client required forms/portal setup.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and summaries for leadership review.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
A bachelor's degree or a paralegal certificate is required.
Two (2) or more years of experience in contracting/legal.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Intermediate understanding of legal concepts and terminology.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with contract management systems.
Experience with Conga and Salesforce is a plus.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort working with high-volume workflow processes and cross-functional teams.
