• Claims and Support Coordination: Process contract support claims and follow up on outstanding issues using Smartsheet, Salesforce, and SAP while promoting the digital portal for efficient claim submission.
• Collaborative Team Support: Assist the sales team with order allocation, manage communications via group mailbox, and support team members by contributing to departmental improvements and procedural efficiency.
• Financial Transactions Management: Handle daily payment downloads and remittance uploads via Smartsheet, ensuring timely reconciliation and resolution of non-payment issues.
• Invoice and Payment Resolution: Proactively chase and resolve payment queries, secure interim payments for overdue invoices, and issue credit/debit notes as needed upon approval.
• Customer Engagement and Communication: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including suspending services for overdue accounts and negotiating solutions.
• Forecasting and Reconciliation: Prepare and update monthly statements, conduct reconciliations, and keep the cashflow forecast updated with expected, confirmed, and received payments for both Contract Support and Credit Management.

• Applicants should have great customer service skills and a passion for dealing with and resolving difficult situations.
• The ability to work with customers to resolve disputes effectively.
• Good knowledge of SAP, Excel, Outlook, Smartsheet and Teams.
• An understanding of credit management would be an advantage.
• Applicants should have a flexible approach to work and be able to adapt easily between contracts and credit control duties.
• Attention to detail and the ability to speak up when something does look/feel right is essential.
