Join City of Moreton Bay as a Contracts and Compliance Officer, and help shape and enhance our communities for today and tomorrow.
As a Contracts and Compliance Officer you will have the opportunity to provide specialist contract and tender management services across Corporate Security to ensure consistent, compliant and value‑for‑money outcomes for Council. The role evaluates and administers security services contracts (including guarding and patrols, alarm and duress monitoring, access control services, SOC/response functions), developing practical SLA and KPI performance frameworks , and coordinating compliance evidence and supplier performance reviews.
You will have the opportunity to partner closely with Strategic Procurement and the Corporate Security Coordinator, aligning with Council policy, legislation and the Corporate Security Framework.

We are looking for someone who has comprehensive knowledge of contract and tender management (RFx planning, evaluation, negotiation support, award/decline) and supplier performance frameworks.
