We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator (Saudi National) to oversee the complete lifecycle of commercial contracts, streamline operations, and manage key stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in contract administration, operational risk management, and vendor relations to ensure full adherence to contractual commitments, cost efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Administer and oversee the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, ensuring operational commitments, safety standards, and performance mandates are met.
  • Track contractual deliverables, payment milestones, administrative obligations, and financial dues to ensure compliance from pre-award through contract close-out.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate contractual risks, manage change controls/variations, and support dispute resolution to maintain business continuity.
  • Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to review invoices against contract deliverables and facilitate timely payments.
  • Implement strategic process improvements to increase operational efficiency, eliminate bottlenecks, and reduce costs.
  • Act as a bridge between operations, engineering, and finance teams to provide full visibility into contract scopes, metrics, and project status.
  • Provide regular administrative and operational support to project managers, ensuring seamless cross-functional delivery.
  • Serve as the main liaison for clients, contractors, and suppliers, building strong professional relationships that drive long-term success.
  • Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports, commercial justifications, and compliance updates for executive leadership.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in contract administration, commercial operations, project coordination, or heavy industry/equipment support roles.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated background in supplier/contractor relationship management, risk compliance, and process optimization.
  • Education: Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
