Job Description

We're a tech company that was first on the ground in the fight against Ubiquitous Technical Surveillance. We help our government and enterprise customers solve a big problem they sometimes don't even know they have. To become leaders in this space, we've relied heavily on curiosity, creativity, and flexibility. We iterate until we get things right and innovate to get there faster.

But enough about us. What's in it for you?

We work hard and do fun things.

Apart from a constantly growing list of fascinating challenges to solve, Ridgeline offers a solid work-life balance, flexible remote work options, and a culture that values teamwork over competition. At Ridgeline, you will work with the most talented software developers, systems engineers, and subject matter experts to change how big enterprises and the U.S. Government manage their digital signatures.

We are doing meaningful work in the defense space, and we need a sharp Contract Administrator to help us do it right. This is not a paper-pushing role. This is a seat at the table where contracts meet mission, and the person who fills it will have real ownership over our DOD portfolio.

If you know the defense contracting world, understand what is at stake when compliance slips, and take pride in running a clean, efficient operation, this role was built for you.

What You Will Own

You will manage contracts from cradle to grave across FFP and IDIQ/Task Order vehicles, with a focus on keeping Ridgeline compliant, competitive, and protected. You will partner closely with Program Managers and Project Managers, collaborate with finance and legal, and serve as the internal expert on FAR and DFARS compliance. When questions come up, you are the one with answers.

In Your First 6 Months, You Will:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Ridgeline's contracts portfolio, along with all associated compliance and operational processes
  • Transition to full administrative ownership of Ridgeline's DOD contracts and Independent Contractor processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Build trusted relationships with key internal stakeholders, particularly Program Managers and Project Managers, to ensure alignment on contract execution

Qualifications

Must Haves:

  • 2 to 5 years of contract administration experience supporting DOD portfolios
  • Experience managing FFP and IDIQ/Task Order contracts
  • Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS
  • Active Secret clearance (minimum)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Contract Management, or a related field
  • NCMA certification (CPCM or CFCM) or pursuit of same
  • Experience with contract management systems such as Deltek or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with government property and subcontract management
