Job Description

The Position:

Bring your commercial expertise and eye for detail to a role where you’ll keep projects running smoothly from start to finish. As a Contract Administrator at Ascot Group, you’ll play a key part in managing contracts, finances, and procurement to ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and manage contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance
  • Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to keep projects on track.
  • Coordinate procurement and build strong relationships with subcontractors.
  • Support Project Managers with clear documentation and timely communication.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes and risk management.

What You Bring

  • Experience in contract administration within construction (Tier 3/4 preferred).
  • 1- 2 years CA experience
  • Knowledge of building contracts, procurement, and subcontractor management.
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and negotiation skills.
