🚀Join JRC's Contracts Team!

JRC is looking for a Contracts Administrator to assist with overseeing the management of JRC’s government contracts. The candidate shall perform general contract administration and will be given the opportunity to develop and enhance their professional, communication, and technical skills while applying what they have learned through experience that will help prepare them for their chosen career field. This position reports directly to JRC’s Director of Contracts & Subcontracts or other manager as assigned by the Director of Contracts & Subcontracts.

💼What You'll Do

• “Cradle to grave” contract management including supporting prime proposals through closeout.
• Responsible for issuing bids that may require integrating proposals from subcontractors and other potential vendors, along with drafting statements of work and conducting appropriate cost or price analysis.
• Review and disseminate Non-Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements on behalf of JRC.
• Ensure compliance with contracting policies, laws and regulations including but not limited to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplements (DFARS), Truthful Cost or Pricing Data Act, and International Traffic and Arms Regulations (ITAR).
• Advise management of contract risks and provide interpretation of terms and conditions.
• Ability to review and process contract modifications into JRC’s contract management software tool.
• Support negotiation of terms and conditions, prices, and drafting edits to subcontracts and other contract-related documents.
• Knowledge of Government Furnished Property procedures and management.
• Independently track contractual deliverables and compliance items.

🧠What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher level) from an accredited college/university; MBA or law degree preferred.
• Have 3-5+ years of experience in Contract or Subcontract Management.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
