What’s on offer?

Based in our Welshpool office, and reporting to the Commercial Manager, as Contracts Administrator you will provide advice and support on commercial issues across multiple, diverse projects, and provide an impact at an organisational level.

You will contribute to upstream and downstream contract management, claims resolution, contract negotiation, risk mitigation, and procurement of subcontractors, and suppliers in line with company processes and procedures. Furthermore, you will provide advice to the project teams concerning contractual issues, and assist in preparing formal contractual correspondence, and change management.

Ideally, you’ll have a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as quantity surveying, engineering, construction project management or commercial law.

What you’ll do?

• Demonstrate your experience, and knowledge of various aspects of construction contract management; administration, project controls, subcontract procurement, commercial claims, commercial reporting, risk, and opportunity identification, and management for civil infrastructure, and engineering construction projects.
• Work autonomously while administering, and managing multiple projects, and subcontract packages.
• Showcase your exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including an ability to confidently liaise, and negotiate with external stakeholders.
