Job Description

The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for managing all contractual, commercial, and documentation aspects of building/construction projects on the PMC side. The role ensures compliance with contract terms, supports project delivery through effective contract administration, and mitigates commercial risks.

  1. Drafting & formulation of subcontract documents, inviting bids/ quotations from sub-contractors, making Comparison statement, Negotiations with sub-contractors, Finalization of rates, Formulization / Finalization of Work Orders for all subcontract works
  2. Quantities Take off, preparation of BOQ’s for Sub Contractors.
  3. Budget cost estimate for Subcontractor & for Procurement
  4. Preparation & Submission of Interim payment applications. Follow up with Consultant /Client for certification & payments.
  5. Preparation of Payment Certificates for Sub Contractors & Supplier based on our approvals from Consultant/Client (back-to-back).
  6. Preparation & submission of Variations for project works & follow up with Consultant /Client for Variation approvals (Engineers Instruction).
  7. Drafting & preparing of all contractual letters with precision. Specialized in correspondence’s relating to claims / dispute occurrence’s & resolution.

BE Civil Engineering

Overall 15 years experience

Minimum 5-10 years experience with High Rise projects

Strong understanding of FIDIC / EPC / GCC contract frameworks

Expertise in claims, variations, and dispute resolution

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Strong analytical and documentation abilities

Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with contract management tools is a plus
