The Role

We are currently seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our Brisbane team. Reporting to the Office Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the effective administration of contracts, project documentation and commercial processes across our Queensland operations. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with project teams and stakeholders, contributing to the successful delivery of a diverse range of engineering projects.

Your duties will include, but will not be limited to, the following:

  • Preparation and administration of contracts, contract variations, fee submissions and project correspondence
  • Supporting project teams with project setup, invoicing and other commercial administration activities
  • Coordinating submissions, capability statements, presentations and client documentation
  • Maintaining project information, records, filing systems and archiving in accordance with company procedures
  • Providing administrative support to senior managers, project teams and office operations
  • Coordinating meetings, travel and accommodation bookings as required
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of administrative processes, systems and quality standards

About You

  • Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator, Project Administrator or similar role within a professional services, engineering or construction environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced skills using the Microsoft Office Suite
  • High accuracy of work and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a fast-paced environment
